Effective date: September 21, 2026 · Applies to the CC Money apps for Android and iPhone (com.ccmoney.app)
CC Money (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a personal budgeting app. This policy explains what information the app collects, why, where it is stored, who it is shared with, and how you can delete it.
In short
When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and a unique account identifier from Google through Firebase Authentication. We use them only to sign you in, to show which account is signed in, and to keep your data separate from other users’ data. We do not receive your Google password.
On iPhone you can also sign in with Apple. We then receive a unique account identifier and, if you choose to share it, your email address (which may be a private relay address from Apple). We use them in the same way and do not receive your Apple password. Google and Apple sign-ins are separate accounts in CC Money.
The records you enter are stored so they can be backed up and synced to every device where you sign in:
We do not connect to your bank, card company, or any financial institution. The app only contains what you type in yourself.
