CC Do is a tasks, notes, and calendar app. This policy explains what the app collects, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to the CC Do apps for iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Android.
The short version. Your tasks, notes, events, and attachments are stored in your own account so they can sync between your devices. We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and we do not use analytics or tracking tools. Nobody else reads your content.

Account — When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email address and, if your provider shares it, your display name and profile picture. We never see or store your password. If you use Sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email, we only receive Apple's private relay address.
Your content — Tasks, notes, events, lists, categories, reminders, and app settings that you create in the app. This includes whether you have hidden an item.
Attachments — Photos and files you attach to a task, note, or event.
Feedback you send — If you use Settings › Send feedback, we receive the subject and message you wrote, any photos you chose to attach, and — only if you leave it in the box — an email address for our reply. Your account identifier, device model, operating system version, app version, and app language are sent with it, because without them we usually cannot reproduce the problem. The reply address is pre-filled with the email on your account; you can clear it, and we then have no way to reply. We use everything in a feedback message only to answer you and to fix the app.
Purchases — Whether your subscription is active and until when, which store it came from, and the purchase identifier that store gives us (a Google Play purchase token or an Apple original transaction ID), linked to your account. We use these only to confirm the purchase with Apple or Google and to keep your subscription status correct on all your devices. Apple and Google tell our server when your subscription renews, is cancelled, expires, or is refunded. When you buy on Android, the app also gives Google a one-way code made from your account, so that one purchase cannot be claimed by another account; the code cannot be turned back into your account. Payments are handled entirely by Apple or Google. We never receive your card number or billing address.
Technical data — A device integrity token (Apple App Attest or Google Play Integrity) that lets our server confirm a request really came from the app. It does not identify you. We also keep a daily count of the files you upload, the total size of your attachments, and a daily count of the feedback messages you send — numbers only, with no content — to prevent abuse of our servers.
Crash reports — If the app stops unexpectedly, we receive a report describing where in the code it happened, along with your device model, operating system version and app version. It does not contain your tasks, notes, events or attachments. We use Firebase Crashlytics for this, and only to fix the fault.
