My tasks don't appear on my other device. Make sure you are signed in with the same account on both devices. Google sign-in and Apple sign-in are separate accounts.
I bought PRO. How do I use it on another device? Sign in with the same account. PRO follows your account on iPhone, iPad and Android. If it does not show, open Settings and pull down to refresh.
How do I cancel my subscription? On iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play › Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
Do reminders work for hidden tasks? Yes. Hidden tasks still remind you on time.
How do I delete my account? In the app: Settings › Account › Delete account, then confirm twice. Your tasks, notes, events, attachments and subscription records are deleted right away. If you cannot open the app, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and we will delete your account within 30 days.
